Alleged molestor Patrick Marshall entered a plea on October 21 for one added count of lewd acts with a minor as a misdemeanor.
The defense made an offer which the People accepted. So besides registering as a sex offender, probation and a DEJ will there be any other consequences for Marshall?
Probation/sentencing is scheduled for 11/30/21 and he already has a deferred entry of judgement date for 4/20/23.
