Trial setting and status of doctor's report for Opera Alley murder suspect Connor Whited has already been continued twice. On October 12, the doctor's report had still not been received.
Whited withdrew his time waiver today. Trial confirmation and status of doctor's report is scheduled for 11/16; jury trial on 12/6.
Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Whited's attorney.
11/16: Continued by defense to 11/18.
11/18: Trial confirmation continued to 11/23. Dr. Renouf and Dr Matteo's report scheduled for 11/23. Jury trial is on 12/6.
11/23: Trial confirmation was continued because Dr Renouf's/Dr Matteo's report had not been received. The defense request for continuance granted over objection of the People. Trial setting and Dr's report was scheduled for 12/8.
12/8: Will add information from hearing later.
