Ian Justus Petersen was arrested on a bench warrant for violation of parole yesterday.
Under active warrants, Petersen had one issued on September 30 for a 2019 case. He also had a 2016 criminal case.
The warrant was listed under the Mckinleyville beat. Other addresses include Eureka, Loleta and Fortuna.
