California is the first state where you can be sued for stealthing

I did a post in September about this legislation. California Governor Gavin Newsom signed the bill into law yesterday.

California is the first state to outlaw “stealthing”. The act of removing a condom without permission during intercourse.

The criminal code would not change but the victim could file a civil lawsuit.
