Former Humboldt County Building and Planning Department employee Patrick McTigue Patrick McTigue case was on the trial assignment calendar today.
His jury trial scheduled for March 29 could not proceed due to lack of courtrooms. It was indicated at the last hearing that if dates were reset, he would pull his time waiver. Time was pulled today.
The case is on the trial assignment calendar on May 14; jury trial for May 17.
Deputy DA Steven Steward is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy DA Whitney Timm appeared in court for the People today. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is representing McTigue. Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield appeared on the case for Mr. Russo.
