Man with 37 previous cases arrested again because Judge Killoran gave him probation instead of prison trying to make everyone happy

 

Wayne Graham was sentenced by Judge Lawrence Killoran last June. He did not even make it a year before being arrested again.

Graham was arrested by HCSO for PC29800(A)(1) possession of firearm by a convicted felon, PC30305(A) possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and PC1203.2(A)(2), probation of violation.

Before he sentenced Graham last year, Judge Killoran said he was trying to make everyone happy. His previous attorney was Mr. Russ Clanton.
