Mercer Fraser is suing the California Department of Transportation. There were two cases on calendar today. Norman Farley and Kurt Kernen are two other individuals involved in this legal dispute.
There was no livestream today and in civil cases, often dates are rescheduled. It is a 2017 dispute. Some of this cases take a long time and there are many case management conferences with not much to report.

3/23/21: Once again, no livestream today. Mercer Fraser is suing the California Department of Transportation. Kernen Construction is the plaintiff in another case filed in 2017. Both two cases were on calendar on March 23.
