At setting for murder suspect Daniella Moore this morning, intervention was scheduled for February 13; preliminary hearing for February 20. Time has been waived. There is still outstanding discovery.
Victim Hannah Hayhurst's family was in court.
Deputy District Attorney David Moutrie was present for the People. Public Defender Marek Reavis appeared with Moore.
