It is never David Anderson's fault, it is his attorney, someone else

This morning a Mardsen motion hearing was scheduled for alleged human trafficker David Anderson. The hearing started at 11:15 a.m. Marsden motion was denied. Dates remain set.



Deputy Conflict Counsel Joe Judge is currently representing Anderson. Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler appeared in court today for Deputy DA who is prosecuting this case. She is currently in jury selection for the Cory Fisher trial.

Intervention is scheduled for March 12; preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 18  for Anderson.
