Decision on Seng Yang's jury trial continued for two weeks

Seng Yang, the man charged with forcible rape of his own daughter and forcing her to participate in filming pornography, has his jury trial scheduled for April 8. Yang's case was continued to trial assignment on April 12.

As mentioned in previous posts, Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor on the Yang case. She will be starting the Chad Smith jury trial once the Cory Fisher case concludes.
