Intervention was scheduled on September 4 for alleged molestor Andrew Cunningham. Preliminary scheduled for September 12 is confirmed, for now. If the preliminary hearing proceeds, it will be a three day hearing starting September 12 to September 14.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer, who is prosecuting this case, has a jury trial for Kayla Brown scheduled to start tomorrow. It is trailing another case in Courtroom 3.
