Miguel Garcia made bail. Ariel and Abdiel Sosa are scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon.
Update: Both arraigned; both did not waive time.
Bail for both was set by Judge Timothy Canning at 50,000. OR/Bail hearing with a request for supervised bail September 6 for Abdiel Sosa. Intervention September 11; Preliminary hearing September 13 for both. Conflict Counsel's office appointed for Ariel Sosa. Public Defender's office appointed for Abdiel Sosa.
Sosa is the middle name for Abdiel. Ariel posted bail and is out of custody.
On 9/6, Judge Timothy Canning granted supervised release for Abdiel. He has retained Mr. David Celli. Abdiel Sosa Parras was released from custody on September 8.
