Steve Shapiro, the next prosecution witness?

Steve Shapiro is the only one left from the prosecution list mentioned during opening statements to testify. Will he testify? If he does, how helpful will it be in this case?

Winesses don't usually ask an attorney to accompany them while they testify unless there is some kindof legal issue.

A witness was standing outside the courtroom with DA Investigator Gary Cooper. He went inside the courtroom which was closed. Mr. David Celli, who had been speaking with him went in for 15 minutes.

When the courtroom reopened, Judge Graham Cribbs stated there was an issue that had come up and he needed to discuss with the attorneys. Court is expected to resume at 1:45.
