Jury trial for Jesus Garcia homicide set for May 21

Disposition and reset was scheduled for Joe Olivo, Jr. and Mario Nunez this morning.

The dates are the same for Olivo and Nunez. Pre-trial is on April 20. Trial Confirmation is on May 11. Jury trial is on May 21.

The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal. Olivo, Jr's attorney George Mavris appeared via court call.
