New lawyer appointed for Joe Olivo, Jr

Trial assignment for Joe Olivo Jr. and Mario Nunez, suspects charged with the murder if Jesus Garcia was scheduled this morning.  Jury trial is scheduled for March 5 vacated.

Disposition and reset on March 16.

Confirmation of counsel was also scheduled for Olivo, Jr. His former attorney Joe Judge started a new job as Deputy Public Defender this week. George Marvis was appointed as Joe Olivo, Jr's attorney today.
