Trial confirmation for arson suspect Desiree Henley was scheduled for March 22; continued to March 23. Case resolved.
Henley entered a guilty plea to Count 2 of aiding and abetting in the Blue Heron fire.
Count 1 of arson was dismissed.
Probation/Sentencing is on April 17.
Jury trial scheduled for April 9 vacated.
