  1. LOL, read the story. It's a road map to liberal hypocrisy and bureaucratic robbery. Hey we gotta budget shortfall...it's ok we can short sheet the mental patients and rob Prop 63... So much for Jerry's kids. The outrage is people still vote theses idiots into power.

    1. So many examples of hypocrisy. Let's tell people how much water to use to shower and flush the toilet but any amount of water to grow marijuana and wine is okay. Anyone who voted for AB 109, Prop 47, Prop 57 cannot claim they are against rape, sexual abuse or domestic violence.
