  1. There's no doubt now this little perp has a candyman in the Court system. Does she have "dirt" on one or more of the judges/baliffs/etc? Again the Humboldt judicial system -ucks and continues its ridiculous games of favoritism.

  2. WTH????

How does she keep her bail/ ROR after failing to appear once again on her multiple charges for DUI, crashing into the gate at Humboldt Bay PG&E power plant, and being combative while topless in the canal with HCSO Deputies.

Now with this latest failure to appear since she is not a 'morning person', with her getting the bench warrant withdrawn, and she is allowed to go scott free till her next court date? Anyone willing to make a friendly wager, as to if Katherine Zacevich will be present then on June 4th?

If I am lucky enough to be potentially selected for Jury Duty, and if I am not in the Jury Room by 8:30 a.m., I can potentially be in legal trouble. That is something I really try to avoid, so according to the instructions from the Jury Commissioner postcard and the night before phone call, I will show up in the designated place, at the designated time!

Yet this woman continues to make a mockery of the Humboldt County Superior Court Justice System!!!

  3. Great point! Exactly why she should be incarcerated.
