Gary Cudney, the suspect in Dirty Dave's death was arraigned this afternoon.
He is charged with Count 1 Gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated; Counts 2 DU while causing bodily injury and Count 3 DUI while causing bodily injury. Count 3 has a special allegation, personally inflicting great bodily injury in the commission of a felony.
If convicted, Cudney would be punished by an additional and consecutive term of imprisonment in the state prison for three years.
