Mark Wheetley's jail time actually translates to 6 days of SWAP

Both of Mark Wheetley's cases, his 2016 DUI and 2017 DUI, were on calendar this morning.

It was and he entered a plea for "reckless driving alcohol related," according to his attorney Mr. Patrik Griego. He also admitted a violation of probation.

While he was sentenced to 15 days jail time, he was given two days credit. With good time conduct credits, that is 4 days. Out of the 11 days left, Wheetley is eligible for SWAP.  That reduces the time to 6 days for SWAP. I checked this with Mr. Griego, as well.

The court minutes and records are listed below.

January 4 was listed as the final pre-trial but it obviously got continued.
