Rachel Goldberg kissed Steve Shapiro, Jon Goldberg's friend on the neck and wrapped her leg around him in front of her husband

Instead of getting the picture painted that the prosecution wants of Jon Goldberg, Shapiro revealed that Rachel Goldberg flirted with Steve Shapiro in front of Jon Goldberg.

She kissed Shapiro on the neck twice and wrapped her leg around him in front of her husband.


Shapiro said that Jon Goldberg just shook his head when this happened.

Shapiro said that he was "probably the most uncomfortable I'd ever been. My friend was there; it was not right."

Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal asked, "Was she antagonizing him with that behavior to make him mad?"

Shapiro responded, "I don't know her motive. Whether flirtation or to make him mad."

"If I had fallen for her game as Tim did, I would be in the same position," said Shapiro explaining why he distanced himself from the Goldbergs, particularly Rachel Goldberg.

When the Goldbergs argued, "it wasn't 50/50, it was mostly on her part." Shapiro said he never observed any physical altercations but when the Goldbergs were drunk , they had differences of opinion.
