Antone Aubrey is charged with the death of his sister, Angel Aubrey.
He had an intervention scheduled March 1.
His preliminary hearing for March 5 was confirmed.
Count 1 is murder; special allegation personal and intentional discharge of a firearm causing great bodily injury. Count 2 is felon in possession of a firearm.
Bail is one million, 50,000.
Deputy District Attorney Candace Myer is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield is representing Aubrey.
