Ex employee who had been terminated by John Fullerton arrested on grand theft charges

Salina Veronica Vanderwaal was arrested by EPD for alleged violation of PC 487 (b) (3), grand theft, on Friday March 2.

The arrest is a result of alleged charges resulting from a time when Vanderwaal was working at John Fullerton's office. She was terminated.
Mr. Fullerton and I had discussed the incident right after Vanderwaal was terminated. Charges had not been filed so I did not print anything.

Vanderwaal had been working at another business. On January 11, the District Attorney filed a complaint. On January 18, a declaration for an arrest warrant was filed.

Vanderwaal had been previously arrested and when both Mr. Fullerton and I asked her about it, she said it was a misunderstanding.
