What a great revenue plan the sups had. All those 1000's of cannabis apps and no manpower to authorize approval or denial. So all the $300k profit from this great revenue venture oozes out of the sup's hands and into hired firms. I saw this coming while everyone was rubbing their greedy hands with the boom cash. Losers without any idea what they were doing!
