Preliminary for Antone Aubrey, charged with the death of his sister Angel Aubrey, was scheduled for this morning.
Due to some new discovery received by the defense today, it was continued to April 5.
Intervention is on April 3. Discovery includes audio of multiple interviews.
Count 1 is murder; special allegation personal and intentional discharge of a firearm causing great bodily injury. Count 2 is felon in possession of a firearm.
Deputy District Attorney Candace Myer is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield is representing Aubrey.
