Jury trial is scheduled for November 13. Court minutes say trial assignment is scheduled for November 9 but court is closed Friday, so it will be November 8. Dates remain set, for now.
Desiree Henley, the woman with Yocum, at the time of the alleged arson has been charged as a co-conspirator and is scheduled to be arraigned on November 13.
The Deputy Public Defender who was representing Yocum, Ms. Meagan O'Connell is now with the Conflict Counsel's office. Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett has taken over the case.
Deputy District Attorney Adrian Kamada is prosecuting the case.
