A hearing for attorneys to present oral arguments in Horacio Miranda's case was scheduled this morning. Miranda wants to withdraw his plea.
Miranda's attorney, Mr. Michael Acosta requested additional time for one week. Continued to November 16.
The People have already submitted their opposition and three declarations to Judge Dale Reinholtsen. A court transcript has also been reviewed by the Judge.

According to a source, Miranda is "a violent gang member who's been involved with and a suspect in many violent crimes in Humboldt. I know he was considered a homicide suspect for Dax Brown and was part of a hatchet fight at the Budget hotel."
