Jonah Little charged with "custodial manufacture of a weapon"
Jonah Little is already charged with assaulting a correctional deputy. Jury trial for that case is scheduled for December 4.
This morning Little was arraigned for alleged violation of PC 4502 (b), Possession or Manufacture of Weapon in Penal Institution. The complaint in Humboldt County Court lists the charge as "custodial manufacture of a weapon."
On 9/4/16, Little was placed on three years probation for two 2016 cases. One for first degree residential burglary. That prior conviction is listed as a special allegation in this morning's complaint.
In the other 2016 case, Little was charged with six counts of "willful disobedience of a court order."
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal is prosecuting this case. Conflict Counsel's Kaleb Cockrum is representing Little.
Little is one of the inmates who is charged with attacking Deputy Dillon Huffman. The assault was caught on video.

Past criminal behavior proves one big point-this guys a piece of public GARBAGE and shouldn't allowed to continue his reign of terror. Send him to Quentin and get it over.A trial just delays and allows this slime to cause more havoc. TO THE GALLOWS!!!!
