Uber flipped off HCSO Deputy Chanler Bronson when he first saw her and said, "Fuck off"; later apologized

KIEM's Monica Petruzzelli testified next. Her testimony was pretty much the same as her preliminary testimony except that three separate video clips were shown. One video of her filming what AnthonyDomenico was saying to other media. One of Domenico speaking with her. And the last one after he told her "Camera Off? Off Record? I burnt the motherfucker's place down."


Domenico was slurring his words, trying to keep his balance and it was easy to tell he was very drunk.

Mr. Reavis had no questions for Ms. Petruzzelli.

There was brief testimony by HCSO Deputy Chanler Bronson, who corroborated Uber being upset when he ran into her on the freeway. Uber flipped her off and said "Fuck you" but he apologized later.

There was also brief testimony by HCSO dispatcher Christine Werner and Arcata Fire Department firefighter Anthony Benelisha.
