Anonymous tip leads to arrest of one wanted fugitive, one convicted felon and one woman with multiple outstanding warrants




On 11/22/2017, at about 0800 hours, Humboldt County Sheriff's Deputies assigned to the Garberville Station received an anonymous tip that wanted fugitive, Amie Havener (age 38), was currently at a residence located in the 4100 block of Redway Drive, Redway.  
Upon Deputies arrival, Havener was observed sitting in an idling vehicle that was parked in front of the residence.  When speaking to Havener, Deputies observed in plain view an AR-15 assault rifle sitting in the rear passenger compartment.  

Also inside the vehicle was driver, Joseph Cullen (age 28), and rear passenger, Grace Dunlap (age 27).  

All three subjects were subsequently removed from the vehicle and detained in handcuffs pending further investigation.  

Through their investigation, Deputies arrested all three subjects for the following charges:

Joseph Robert Cullen
• PC 30605(a) Possession of an assault rifle
• PC 29900(a)(1) Convicted felon in possession of a firearm
• PC 32310 Possession of high capacity magazine
• H&S 11377 Possession of a controlled substance
• H&S 11370.1 Possession of a controlled substance while armed with a firearm
• H&S 11364 Possession of drug paraphernalia
• H&S 11357(b)(2) Possession of marijuana.

• PC 32310 Possession of high capacity magazine
• Multiple outstanding warrants
Grace Ann Dunlap

• Outstanding warrant


All three subjects were transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility and booked on the above charges.

  1. Thankyou. With their rap sheet, why were they out? They should at least be given an ankle bracelet.
