"Arson is serious. It effects our community; Uber; firefighters, law enforcement and everyone in Manila. Uber lost everything, he doesn't have insurance."

Throughout Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm's opening argument, Anthony Domenico sat there with the same arrogant and defiant look he had in his booking photo.

Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm started out his opening arguments by thanking the jury for their time and attention during the jury selection, jury trial and deliberations and in advance for the closing arguments. He was very gracious and asked then jury to give his co-counsel the same courtesy and attention during cloing arguments.

Mr. Timm started out his power point presentation with a diagram that was titled "Follow the Law", It indicated what to consider while deliberating and what not to deliberate. Testimony, Exhibits and Law were the areas to follow.

Mr. Timm went point by point over the legal definitions of the two counts Domenico is charged with; the elements of the crime; how evidence supported his arguments.

Two themes he reiterated over and over again were follow the law and use your common sense.

"As a juror you are to judge the facts."

"I am asking you to apply commons sense to the law."

He ended his closing argument with, ""Arson is serious. It effects our community; Uber; firefighters, law enforcement and everyone in Manila. Uber lost everything, he doesn't have insurance."
