Demetrius Coleman was convicted of Johnny Renfro's murder. Regina Osenbaugh was one of the witnesses for the jury trial. Jovan Ignjatovic, represented by Mr. Russ Clanton signed an immunity agreement with the DA for testimony in this case. So did his wife, Osenbaugh, who was represented by Mr. Ben Okin.

Coleman is no angel but he already had one strike against him being an outsider. Are we sure that every single person involved in Renfro's death has been held accountable?
The investigation in this case by Rio Dell police should have been more thorough. We have an election coming up for District Attorney and Humboldt Superior Court Judge. Issues raised in this case by the defense are relevant. Those who have experienced "Humboldt justice" know that justice and prosecution in Humboldt is selective and juries , especially in a small town, do and can be wrong with verdicts.
Ms. Andrea Sullivan was Coleman's former attorney. Mr. Zach Curtis took over the case.
