Regina Osenbaugh signs immunity agreement with DA , is represented by Ben Okin and mentions marijuana sample exchange in Bayfront parking lot

Isabella Eldredge and her friend Savannah Busby, who discussed testimony with each other testified this afternoon. After their testimony, Regina Osenbaugh took the stand. Her father, Michael McHenry started his testimony a few minutes before court concluded today.

Eldredge discussed her testimony with her boyfriend and Busby. These two saw the driver of the green Honda for a split second or a few seconds and yet Eldredge was only 95 per cent sure today that Coleman could be the man she saw.

Closer to the incident, Eldredge identified two men from the six pack lineup as the driver. The People don't have a single eye witness who can definitively place Coleman as the driver. 

Osenbaugh signed an immunity agreement and still won't tell the whole story. Her father and she are still being evasive. It is interesting that in the preliminary hearing it was Jovan Ignjatovic who vaccumed the car. Now, he has not testified and according to Osenbaugh, Ignjatovic just plugged the vaccum in and AlmaAhumadamendoza, Coleman's girlfriend, cleaned out the car.

People's witnesses are discussing testimony, reading news articles, reading comments on neighborhood watch groups before talking to the police and testifying.  The eye witnesses keep describing the driver as a man with "dreads" and have inconsistencies in their description.  No murder weapon has been recovered.

Regarding the green Honda, McHenry Sr. admitted during cross examination,"That's what I was doing; hiding it. Keeping it out of sight." 

Osenbaugh signed an immunity agreement with the District Attorney's office and is represented by Mr. Ben Okin. Couldn't see her testify. Not sure who is in charge of the camera but other witnesses could be seen.

Osenbaugh's testimony was bizarre and all over the place. She cannot recall any inconvenient details, rambled all over the place about irrelevant stuff, made assumptions while testifying,  and read news reports on the case. This is a pretty significant event but she had selective memory on the stand .

In her testimony, she claimed she read a news report about a BOLO on the green Honda while Coleman was at her house but did not call the police. She claims to only have met Coleman and via her husband three or four times but let him leave his car, at her house, with no plan and we are to believe she did this even though she "had abad feeling."

Ms. Sullivan  cross examined Osenbaugh after break. Despite being told that there was a witness to Osebaugh, her husband Jovan Ignjatovic and Coleman discussing a million dollar marijuana deal at Bayfront, Osenbaugh first denied it; then dismissed it as "jive talk."

She only mentioned a one pound marijuana sample that Coleman returned to her and Ignjatovic. Osenbaugh denied any marijuana was grown at the Riverbar property and she said she was unaware her husband was being actively prosecuted for growing marijuana at that property. As I previously reported, Ignjatovic's preliminary hearing has been rescheduled until January 2021.

One thing was clear from Osenbaugh's testimony. The only one she gives a damn about is herself.

Some highlights from Osenbaugh's cross examination and recross.

Ms. Sullivan:"Did you want to contact the police?"

Osenbaugh: "Not neccesarily. I didn't want to be involved."

Ms. Sullivan: "If you didn't want to be involved, why did you get involved?"

Ms. Sullivan: "But you barely knew him? Yet, you let him drop off a car with the rear window busted?"

Ms. Sullivan: "When you were talking with the officers, a person lost their life, you didn't think it was appropriate to tell them the whole story."

Osenbaugh: "I didn't think the marijuana had a direct relation. If he was robbed, it wasn't anything to do with me."

Like his daughter, McHenry was evasive talking about how she and her husband make money. He said he gave them money  but had no answer when Ms. Sullivan asked him how Osenbaugh supported herself and her six children.

McHenry, Sr. is a mechanic, Osenbaugh has rental income. Osenbaugh did not come forward about brokering marijuana deals until the immunity agreement and according to Osenbaugh she helped Coleman and Ahumadamendoza try and cover up the green Honda.

Osenbaugh has been less than forthcoming in this case, even with an immunity agreement. She is the only one making certain statements with no corroboration. McHenry,Sr. has already shown he will do anything to cover up and protect his daughter.
