Defense has filed another motion to continue sentencing for Jeffry Tsarnas scheduled for 7/26. A motion for a new trial is supposed to be heard that day.
There have already been two continuances requested by Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke and granted by Judge Timothy Canning because there was no objection by the People .
7/26: Tsarnas was present. People objected to the continuance. Judge Canning granted the continuance. Sentencing is now scheduled for 9/7/21.
