Courtroom availability leads to rescheduling of dates for attempted murder suspect Jonathon Boone
Attempted murder suspect Jonathon Boone's preliminary hearing scheduled for 11/26 was moved to this morning.
Since Boone entered a general time waiver and due to courtroom availability, intervention was rescheduled to December 2; preliminary hearing to December 9.
Alleged victim is Matthew Gatlin. Possible resolution has been mentioned at previous hearing.
The prosecutor for the case is Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm. Boone's attorney is Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner.
