Trial confirmation was scheduled this morning for Kody Marcelli's 2018 case. Jury trial is scheduled for March 18. Marcelli is charged with assaulting Gary Harner.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees. Marcelli is represented by Ms. Heidi Holmquist Wells.
Both parties confirmed for trial. Then Judge Kaleb Cockrum asked attorneys to"approach". After private discussion, a further trial confirmation was scheduled for March 12 to see if the case can be resolved.
