Preliminary hearing for alleged sexual batterer Ralph Horn was scheduled for March 12. Horn is charged with three counts of sexual battery by restraint. The hearing was continued to April 17 due to no courtroom available.
Alleged victim Jane Doe was in court.
Intervention was scheduled for alleged sexual batterer Ralph Horn on February 27. Another intervention was scheduled for March 6 and on that day, the preliminary hearing scheduled for March 12 "remains set." Time estimate is one hour.
