The case of perpetual continuance was continued again
Aaron Hooven fired shots from his vehicle, then had Eureka Police chase him through town until he was arrested in a parking lot with a firearm in the car.
Intervention was scheduled for Hooven on March 14. Preliminary hearing scheduled for March 20 "remained set." This morning the hearing was continued again because no courtrooms were available and in the afternoon, Deputy Conflict Counsel Joe Judge was not available.
Intervention is scheduled for April 25. Preliminary hearing for May 2.
