Aaron Hooven's case should be called the case of perpetual continuance


Aaron Hooven allegedly fired shots from his vehicle, then had Eureka Police chase him through town until he was arrested in a parking lot. He posted bail and since then his preliminary hearing keeps getting continued.



Intervention was scheduled for Hooven on February 14. Preliminary hearing for February 20 vacated after defense requested another continuance. Intervention continued to March 14. Preliminary hearing March 20.
