Aaron Hooven's preliminary hearing was scheduled for January 14. Defense filed a motion to continue. Motion to continue was granted over objection of Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees; court found good cause to grant the motion. Intervention is on February 14. Preliminary hearing is on February 20.
