John Coughlin was facing three allegations of sexual misconduct, two involving minors

U.S. figure skating champion John Coughlin, who committed suicide, was facing three reports of sexual misconduct against him, two of them involving minors.



The reports were filed with the U.S. Center for SafeSport. The first reportdid not involve a minor but it led to SafeSport’s decision to restrict Coughlin’s eligibility to participate in his sport pending final resolution of the matter.
