Alleged molestor Chad Smith has trial confirmation scheduled on January 31. Records from Holiday Inn Express had been subpoenaed and provided to defense. Defense recently subpoenaed records from Furniture Design Center.
Jury trial is scheduled for February 11. Alleged victim is Smith's former stepdaughter.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Ms. Andrea Sullivan was court appointed to represent Smith.
