Arson suspects Riley and Flower arraigned this morning, despite reduction in bail still in custody

Arson suspects Charles Riley and Cassandra Flower were arraigned on information this morning. Intervention is on March 11. Jury trial is on March 25.

The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Adrian Kamada. Riley is represented by Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin. Flower by Mr. Michael Acosta.
