Setting of alleged sexual batterer Ralph Horn's preliminary hearing was scheduled this morning. Intervention is scheduled for February 27. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 12.
Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward is prosecuting the case. Deputy Conflict Counsel Joe Judge is representing Horn.
By stipulation, subpoenaed records from Humboldt County Mental Health were given to Mr. Judge to copy and return to the Court.
