LA doctor may lose his license for prescribing marijuana cookies to a 4 year old but not for the reason you think

A California medial board says Dr. William Eidelman improperly diagnosed a 4 year boy with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and bipolar disorder and then recommended marijuana cookies as the treatment.

The board ordered the doctor’s license revoked as of Jan. 4. Eidelman's attorney says she appealed the revocation and a Judge halted the revocation pending a hearing in March. but the medical board disputes that claim.
