Trial confirmation and receipt of a second doctor's report was scheduled for Clayton Lasinski this morning. Jury trial is scheduled for February 11.
Doctor's report has not been received. Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal told Judge Christopher Wilson he is "somewhat frustrated." He called the court appointed doctor several times. The report is expected this week. Further trial confirmation is scheduled for January 30.
Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee who is representing Lasinski applied for funding on January 18.
Lasinski entered an additional plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. The court appointed two doctors. One doctor's report has been received.
