This 2nd press release wouldn't be neccessary because while some of us report news, others SJWs with too much time on their hands want to create the news

The first EPD press release made it very clear why an inspection and criminal search was being done on Bayshore Way. To insinuate otherwise is something maybe " media" with multiple staffers too lazy to report actual news and with too much time on their hands need to manufacture to fill up space.  The same "media" that barely put out any decent amount of original news with multiple staffers.

Same SJW "media" who are being hypocritical about the environmental hazard such properties pose. They waste time by having law enforcement and PIOs respond to a non issue. Time that be could be spent answering questions about actual news.

EPD Press Release clarification:

The Eureka Police Department has received several inquiries in to the timing of today’s Bayshore Way property abatement detail.

The search warrant was based on a multi-month investigation into code related violations.  It was in no way related to the Point-in Time count.

The execution of the search warrant was held off until after the Point-in Time count was completed.

More information on the abatement detail will be forthcoming tomorrow.
