Jury for Michael Black, the man charged with criminal threats against local attorney Russ Clanton and two counts of vandalism started their deliberations, again at 9 a.m. this morning.
The jury asked for read back from Russ Clanton and his wife's testimony.
The specific portions from Vickie Hawkins-Clanton's testimony the jury asked for are what she saw as she passed by Black and her husband and what she heard Black say.
The specific portion of Russ Clanton's testimony that the jury is interested in is when he first came up behind Black.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney A.J. Kamada. Black is represented by Ms. Andrea Sullivan.
