Mario Alexander's ex refuses to leave courtroom despite Judge's order; Jane Doe #2's younger stepbrother wipes tears when asked what J.D. #2 made him do

K Alexander, biological son of Mario Alexander and his ex Melissa testified on Friday.  Before his testimony started, K kept looking at his mother. He did not acknowledge his father at all.

Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads asked to "approach."  After talking with the attorneys, Judge Christopher Wilson instructed Mario Alexander's attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton to ask Melissa to exit the courtroom.

Mr. Clanton talked to Melissa, told her she needed to"step out."

She refused. "I don't want to."

Attorneys spoke with Judge Wilson again, Melissa was designated as a court support person for K and she stayed in the courtroom.

K said Jane Doe #2 was his step sister. The last time he saw her was on July 3, 2018.  K Alexander is Jane Doe #2's stepbrother and is two years younger than her.

Mr. Clanton asked K if Jane Doe #2 asked him "to do something that made him uncomfortable." K responded "yes."

Then Mr. Clanton asked him to say what did Jane Doe #2 ask him to do that made him uncomfortable.

K was quiet for a while. He wiped his eyes and was crying.

"I am going to help you out K and ask you some questions," said Mr. Clanton.

Mr. Clanton: "Did Jane Doe #2 ever ask you to put your penis in her mouth?"

K: "Yes."

Mr. Clanton: "How many times?"

K: "Three I think."

Mr. Clanton: "Did Jane Doe #2 ask you to put your mouth on her private parts?"

K: "Yes" K said this was twice.

K said Jane Doe #2 touched his penis with her hands. He could not remember how many times, but more than once.

Kalso said that Jane Doe #2 asked him to put his penis in her butt. He did; did not remember how many times but more than once.

Putting his penis in Jane Doe #2's mouth happened at the second house the Alexanders lived in; the rest of the stuff happened at both houses.

Mr. Clanton asked K, "Did Jane Doe #2 say anything to you when these things happened?"

K responded, "She would tell my mom or dad something I did something if I didn't do these things."

Ms. Eads did not cross examine K Alexander.

K stayed at the Alexander home off and on during visits with his father. He lives out of state. Both Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2 no longer live in Eureka.

While Jane Doe #2 testified about sexual acts between her stepbrother and her, there are some sexual acts she said did not occur. That differs from K Alexander's testimony.

The jury was excused early on Friday as the third witness for the People was "indisposed for medical reasons."
