Alleged molestor Andrew Cunningham had trial confirmation scheduled for January 23. Jury trial scheduled for February 4 confirmed. 20 day trial estimate. Both attorneys requested some " dark days" which means court will not be in session.
This hearing was to make sure the defense has completed "ongoing investigation" and to address any other issues that may impact the trial date.
The possibility of resolution was also mentioned at the last hearing.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer. Cunningham is represented by Mr. Michael Robinson.
